Three months
Yes, I have three months embarked on this adventure of living and working in Barcelona. Long enough to understand the rhythm of life in a city quite "European" and my future expectations. Within
positive, and something that I've told several, are the advantages of living in a country where everyday things work (and most people here do not realize or do not value enough): To have a shuttle service that combines metro, rail, tram and bus, with bus stops at regular time intervals and is something that makes life easier, being able to access a well-equipped library system and media libraries in every neighborhood is a pleasure and access to museums especially on that open their doors for free, the health care system that makes you think that my tax dollars are being well used. Anyway, these are details that may not be perfect, but (I) provide a sense of security and protection.
In these three months make me question most of my friends always: If I miss my country. Question always reminds me this scene from Martin Hache (one of my favorites), the eye that include my family in the concept of friends

Sant Jordi
was held last week Sant Jordi's Day (or St. George, yes that according to legend, defeated the dragon) and World Book Day, it should be noted that this festival is celebrated as the day they were lovers. The man must give a red rose to woman, and this man gives a book. Became the main streets that day, at a fair, where you could buy roses, and books in raised positions by publishers. Interesting way to promote reading (or the business of books, according to which see). Montserrat
The last weekend I participated in an excursion organized by and Civic Center Les Corts (my neighborhood), the goal was to climb up the mountain of Montserrat, tourist spot and also can be accessed by funicular and cable car, but the idea was to walk , so we strive to walk to where the former Benedictine monastery which venerates the Virgin of Montserrat.
these days is celebrated in Barcelona a local version of "Feria de Abril", originally held in Seville. So in the place conditioning (The Forum) is no food in Seville, Andalusia costumes and lots of "dancer" ...
This May 1, marking the day of work by visiting my friends in Valencia. Doctor Divago : we'll see. And publish news. Photos
