Outdoor Motion-sensing Wiring Diagram
I came to Barcelona in the early hours of Monday to Tuesday, had already coordinated with a partner to stay that night in his apartment. A trip that distance is short, but with typical waits airport, long ago.
Already on Tuesday I had lunch with some of my colleagues in the company, in the afternoon took the opportunity to dress in 'tourist' and visit the Temple Expiatorio La Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's masterpiece. While much time in Barcelona I had never visited (and is 15 euros ... not exactly cheap price) but I wanted to breathe a little more of that Barcelona is admired for its art world and had been chosen by U2 for opening their tour (U-two, as they call them here, hehe).
About 7.30 am I went to the Nou Camp dress more comfortably. On the subway a lot of people with poles of U2. Barcelona was like half of the event was pending.
I went in without problems (unnecessarily camouflaging my camera) and I placed my seat. In the seat behind me, was a lone white guy and cap. I asked him what language he spoke and he said: "a little of Inglés and French." - "Est-ce que tu veux faire a photo? - I asked, and nothing -" Could you make me a photograph, please? "- Oranges! I pointed my camera and put my face Japanese tourist. That newly understood that wanted a picture.
Finally their English / French and mine must have been very bad, because I never found out what nationality he was. It was 20:00 and the sun shone in the face of my soapbox ... Thankfully the mask that we had shared some of the sun covered me. Indeed, the face mask that belongs to Aung San Suu Kyi , a leading opposition to the government of Burma , who is under house arrest for 14 years, no less. U2 devotes several years the song "Walk On" .
The stage was circular and covered almost half court, with a walkway, also circular, around him. Above, a huge tower-shaped structure supported on four legs, which supports the play of lights and giant cylindrical screen (for no one will miss any detail.) Wait, this is much like the art of Gaudí ! I now understand why they chose Barcelona. He started playing
Snow Patrol, from my mobile send an SMS cheapie to update my Twitter, this-turn-my Facebook status updates, and my blog. That freak!.
Snow Patrol played very well, but apart from his song "Take back the city tonight", and a couple more, I do not know others. Still, I found a little nervous and impresses the Nou Camp. Ended around 21:00 pm and given the size (although the drummer has had a couple of lapses). The public began to make waves while the sun was hiding.
At 22:05 pm the lights went out .. people know that the waiting is over. In that Larry Mullen (U2's drummer) is shown walking down the catwalk later (all posh him) towards the center of the stage to sit at the battery. The rest of the band comes directly from the center and start playing ... I'm hallucinating (flipping as they say here), Bono goes ...!! I'm seeing U2 live!
These were the songs: Breathe
: very good topic to start the concert with a drum solo which is then added up.
No Line On The Horizon: The name given to her new album, the falsetto Bond sounds like the recording! that crack!
Get Your Boots On: Another hit from the new album, a lot of energy that pervades the Nou Camp .. yeah .. yeah .. yeah .. yeah ... Magnificent
: One of the "dances" from his new album, I like it. Bono plays with the camera, and do your show.
Beautiful Day: One that has already become classical, that emotion ... I remember the year 2000! The 'All that you cannot leave behind ".. and my college! that crazy!
I Still Have not Found What I'm Looking For: dusting Wow .. this theme Joshua Tree, it is always interesting to hear, and everyone knows it!
Angel Of Harlem: made a dedication to Michael Jackson after the final bonus bse sang about the same music, the chorus of "Do not Stop 'Til You Get Enough" by MJ
In A Little While: A song of ATYCLB feeling pretty ... fantastic.
Unknown Caller: This song is meant to be chanted in a stadium, those oh-oh-oh-oh are very good. Bono changed the final sentence "Bar-ce-lo-na you know your name."
The Unforgettable Fire: Another issue of oldies, I was surprised to be touched.
City Of Blinding Lights: Beautiful song of "How to dismantelate ..." nothing more to say.
Vertigo: Bono let the 'one-two-three to fourteen' was screaming her lungs out of the stadium. Lots of energy, Edge delivered to your guitar, the song paid all the concert.
I'll Go Crazy If I Do not Go Crazy Tonight: I did not like the version that made this topic, made him dance. I prefer the album version, the Unknown years.
Sunday Bloody Sunday: No version of this song surpass the live version of the album Rattle And Hum, but it is a classic U2 knows .. (If Charo, I remembered that it is your favorite).
Pride (In The Name Of Love): Another classic made for stadiums, a joy!
MLK: What memories, a song accompanied only by keyboard cortita, rescued from oblivion, not heard of it ... uff It reminded me when I met U2 thank my friend from the neighborhood (he knows who he is).
Walk On: Dedicated to Aung San Suu Kyi, put on my mask because they asked Bono, a song of freedom.
Then came the break, that U2 are not as young and need your care. They came back with:
Where The Streets Have No Name: Another classic ... glad to hear that song oldies still sound good.
One: One of the most anticipated, I thought that sounded so inspired, to recognize certain errors / gaps in its interpretation (nobody's perfect). And Bono is that sometimes plays too much with the microphone (which in this part of the show hanging from above).
Ultra Violet (Light My Way): I found it super strong, as it should always sound. A good song from Achtung Baby
With Or Without You: The classic of classics, no longer excites me as a teenager and I think the U2 either. (In my opinion)
Moment of Surrender: A slow from their latest album, is not the best, I think, to end a concert, Bono, even wearing the shirt number ONE of the ship-but U2 is U2 and this was the first presentation of their tour.
only U2 can do things like communicate with the International Space Station the anniversary of the arrival of man on the moon. I tried to find out if it was a trick, but apparently not .. was no trick, ISS astronauts saluted Bono and Barcelona in full concert.
had to live!
